X-Rays Negative For Aaron Jones
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones (ankle) exited Sunday's loss to the Lions. He didn't return and was seen wearing a boot on his left foot after the game. Fortunately, X-rays were negative, so the Packers dodged a bullet on a day that also saw Romeo Doubs (ankle) and Christian Watson (head) succumb to injuries. As a result, all three men will need to clear some hurdles if they hope to be available in Week 10 against the Dallas Cowboys. Jones sounds like he has a chance of suiting up, although he may have to play through pain moving ahead. If he's not available, A.J. Dillon will be the No. 1 option out of the backfield.
