2 years agoHouston Texans rookie running back Dameon Pierce continued to be the team's most-used player in Thursday's loss to the Eagles, as he carried the ball 27 times for 139 yards. Only one of the team's other five carries went to backup running back Rex Burkhead, highlighting the stranglehold Pierce has on the position. He wasn't targeted in the passing game on Thursday. The lack of targets is definitely a concern, but as long as Pierce continues to get this kind of volume, he's a fantasy RB2, even though the game script for Houston should be calling for fewer rushing attempts.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
