Los Angeles Rams running back Cam Akers (personal) could return and play in Sunday's contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Sean McVay said Wednesday "he had a good talk with Cam Akers," who has been inactive the past two games and wasn't traded by Tuesday's deadline. The 23-year-old will return to practice on Thursday. He had 51 carries for 151 yards and a touchdown while catching two passes for 18 yards across five games in 2022. If active, Akers is not a strong fantasy option against Tampa Bay, as his role remains unclear. The Rams will most likely utilize a committee with Akers, Darrell Henderson Jr., Malcolm Brown, and Kyren Williams rest of the season.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
