2 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney made his first appearance at practice with his new team on Wednesday. The Chiefs acquired the former first-rounder through a trade with the New York Giants last week. Toney struggled with injuries and overall usage during his time in New York, so he has a great opportunity to start over with an AFC powerhouse. In his first appearance with the Kansas City media, the 23-year-old said that he's "working toward" playing in Week 9. It remains to be seen how Andy Reid will deploy Toney, but he could be in for some explosive plays due to his raw athletic ability and talent.
