Packers Defense Forces Two Interceptions During Week 8 Loss
2 years agoThe Green Bay Packers defense surrendered 27 points, recorded two sacks, and forced two interceptions during the team's 27-17 loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 8. Green Bay actually did a decent job against quarterback Josh Allen, holding him a season-low 13 completions. Unfortunately, they had a hard time stopping the big play and had trouble keeping wide receiver Stefon Diggs in check. The team may have also lost pass rusher De'Vondre Campbell (knee), who is an every-down player and key piece for the defense. It will be tough to trust Green Bay against a Detroit offense that is starting to get healthy next week, even with six teams slated to go on bye. Consider the Packers a low-tier streaming option in Week 9.
