Terry McLaurin Leads Commanders In Receiving
2 years agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin caught three out of four targets for 41 yards while also tacking on two carries for 11 yards in Thursday's win over the Chicago Bears. McLaurin, along with the rest of the Commanders' receivers, disappointed in the box score as there were only 99 yards from Carson Wentz to split among one another. Despite his mediocre statistics, it was encouraging to see the Commanders finally manufacture touches for the 27-year-old through end-arounds and screens. Unfortunately, he still only had six total opportunities. If fantasy managers want to see more out of McLaurin, Washington is going to have to start utilizing him like the WR1 he profiles as in this offense. We'll see if anything changes in Week 7, but for now, he's still a WR2 in fantasy.
