Russell Wilson Struggles Against Colts
2 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson and the offense looked pretty bad once again in the 12-9 overtime loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday night. Wilson went 21-for-39 for 274 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions while also running the ball four times for 22 yards. His two interceptions were costly turnovers for the Broncos, and he failed to lead the offense to a single touchdown in what has been a very disappointing season so far through five weeks of play. The 33-year-old may have also lost his starting left tackle to a season-ending leg injury, so things probably won't get any easier next week against the Los Angeles Chargers. Wilson was evaluated for a head injury in the game but ended up returning without missing a single play.
