Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert caught five of his six targets, gaining 72 yards, during the team's 29-21 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday. The 27-year-old was impressive in what was projected to be a tough matchup, especially considering the weather conditions were not favorable for the passing attack. Goedert has recorded 60 or more passing yards or scored a touchdown through the first four weeks of the season and is one of the most consistent fantasy options at the tight end position. The fifth-year tight end will travel to Arizona in Week 5. The Cardinals held the no-name group of Carolina's tight end corps in check in Week 4 but has been one of the worst at guarding the position through the first month of the season. Goedert should be considered a top-tier option for fantasy managers next week.--Ryan Larrison - RotoBaller

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is a name to watch on the trade market as the 2025 NFL draft approaches, sources tell FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. Interested teams think that the Eagles would be open to future draft picks in exchange for Goedert if they don't receive any 2025 draft capital. The 30-year-old veteran is heading into the final year of his deal in 2025 and could be looking for a new contract. Goedert helped the Eagles win the Super Bowl over the Kansas City Chiefs in convincing fashion, but he had only 42 receptions on 52 targets for 496 yards and two touchdowns in 10 regular-season games in 2024 while missing time with hamstring and knee injuries. His 496 receiving yards were his fewest since his rookie season in 2018. Goedert has been a borderline TE1/2 in fantasy, but a trade away from Philly could actually benefit him.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

Per NFL Insider Josina Anderson, the Philadelphia Eagles expect at least a fourth-round pick for tight end Dallas Goedert in a potential trade. Anderson reports the team would be willing to accept a pick from the 2026 or 2027 draft. Furthermore, a lower pick and salary adjustment from some teams could get the job done. Health has been a knock on Goedert. The 30-year-old veteran missed seven games in 2024 while battling through knee and hamstring injuries and has played just one full season -- his first -- despite seven years in the league. However, he's been productive when healthy and even had a ten-catch, 170-yard performance as recent as Week 3 this past season. Trades in the NFL don't typically go at the asking price, but a fourth-round pick seems reasonable for a player who still has some juice left in the tank. Additionally, several teams could use a dynamic receiving tight end.--Alex Ciulla

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is reportedly on the trade block, according to team beat reporter Eliot Shorr-Parks. With the new league year set to begin on Wednesday, the Eagles are making no secret about the fact that they would like to move Goedert, with Parks stating that it feels like the tight end's time with the team is nearing an end. Goedert has been productive when on the field for the Eagles, but he has struggled with injuries, missing 23 games over his seven-year career. Veteran Grant Calcaterra is listed as the team's No. 2 tight end on the depth chart and showed some flashes in 2024 when Goedert was out, but the Eagles could also opt to address the position in the 2025 draft in what is a strong year for tight-end prospects.--Matt T - RotoBaller

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert caught each of his two targets for a total of 27 yards during Sunday's Super Bowl win over the Kansas City Chiefs. The veteran receiver struggled to overcome competition for touches in 2024, losing key opportunities to players like Saquon Barkley, A.J. Brown, and DeVonta Smith. In fact, he wasn't even targeted in the second half of Sunday's big game. (One potential explanation is that the Eagles went run-heavy for most of the third and fourth quarters to drain the clock.) All in all, Goedert still has mid-range TE1 fantasy upside, but his floor dips significantly into the TE2 tier. As a result, we view him as a fringe top-12 fantasy tight end option heading into the 2025 season.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
