Brandon Aiyuk Leads 49ers In Receiving
2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk caught five passes for 63 yards on eight targets in the Niners' 27-7 victory over the Seattle Seahawks Week 2. He led the team in receptions, yards, and targets. He also drew three penalties on defensive backs covering him. QB Trey Lance got Aiyuk the ball on his first pass of the game, for 25 yards, before exiting the game with an ankle injury, then Jimmy Garoppolo threw seven more passes in his direction. It doesn't look like his value will be hurt by the loss of Lance. He will look to keep up his production next Monday in a prime time showdown against the Broncos.
