2 years agoDallas Cowboys quarterback Will Grier was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Bengals. His promotion coincides with the addition of Cooper Rush to the 53-man roster. With Dak Prescott (thumb) sidelined, Rush will start for the Cowboys in Week 2 while Grier serves as the backup.
