Bobby Witt Jr. Ends Hitless Streak On Monday
2 years agoKansas City Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. had a dreadful weekend at the plate in the team's three-game series against the Detroit Tigers. He went 0-for-12 with four strikeouts and a walk across the three-game set. He managed to snap his hitless streak on Monday against the Houston Astros, going 1-for-4 with a walk and a run scored in the game. He was also caught stealing in his only attempt. The rookie owns a .233/.284/.435 slash line to go along with 11 home runs, 12 stolen bases, 39 RBI and 42 runs on the year.
