Aaron Hicks Returns To Lineup
3 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Hicks (hamstring) is back in center field and is hitting sixth on Sunday against Tampa Bay Rays left-hander Shane McClanahan. Hicks missed the previous three games due to right hamstring tightness, but he'll be back for the series finale against the Rays. The 32-year-old switch-hitter does have five stolen bases on the year, but otherwise he hasn't done a ton for fantasy managers at the plate. He's slashing only .207/.336/.241 with one home run, seven RBI and 14 runs scored in 116 at-bats over 40 games played. Hicks has a .415 OPS and has struck out 29.1% of the time in the month of May.
