Minnesota Wild Net Marc-Andre Fleury In Monday Trade

Marc-Andre Fleury moved within the NHL Central Division on Monday as the goaltender was traded to the Minnesota Wild for a conditional second-round draft pick. The former Chicago Blackhawks goalie was a respectable 19-21-5 in 45 games posting a 2.95 goals-against-average and a .908 save percentage. Fleury instantly becomes the likely "1A" in Minnesota since Kaapo Kahkonen was traded soon after. Cam Talbot is expected to split starts with Fleury but no one is certain if it will be 50-50. Either way, Minnesota has veteran goaltending for their run to the postseason.
