BALLER MOVE: Stash in All Leagues
CALL-UP ETA: August 12th
ANALYSIS: Minnesota Twins starting pitching prospect Zebby Matthews is being promoted to the major leagues.
Matthews has progressed through the minor leagues at an incredible pace this season. He opened the campaign at High-A where he needed just 22 innings to move up to Double-A.
Zebby Matthews has officially been called up!
AA/AAA: 97 IP, 2.60 ERA, 0.87 WHIP, 1.9% BB, 30.5% K
Matthews has ELITE command/control over a dynamic arsenal. He's my #5 pitching prospect and needs to be added in all leagues.#FantasyBaseballpic.twitter.com/39gTVfIWlh

At Double-A Wichita he showcased his incredible command with a 6:63 BB:K ratio and held an excellent 1.95 ERA and a 0.76 WHIP.
Then, with Triple-A St. Paul he struggled with a 5.68 ERA and a 1.32 WHIP but his command did not suffer as he served up only one free pass across 19 frames of work.
Matthews is worth adding in all leagues as he averaged over a strikeout per inning while showcasing elite command. He should improve your team's WHIP ratio significantly with upside for great strikeout potential.
