BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flower was a boom-or-bust fantasy player in 2023, logging big games along with disappearing acts with little predictability. However, Flowers is off to a hot start in 2024 and has had an elite target volume. With 21 targets over two games, he's a must-start.
There were questions about the role Ravens tight end Mark Andrews would play in the offense and whether he would continue to be the clear No. 1 target for Lamar Jackson. Through two games, it's unequivocally been Flowers. While Andrews should see increased volume moving forward, Flowers has been the guy.

Flowers has earned the trust of Jackson, and even if his target volume dips to eight-ish targets per game, he's still a must-start. He's polished his game significantly from 2023, and Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken has tweaked the offense to utilize his strengths to the maximum.
Like in 2023, Flowers has little target competition from the rest of the Ravens WRs. Flowers, Andrews, and TE Isaiah Likely have cemented themselves as the clear top-3 targets in the Ravens offense, and Flowers played 89% of the snaps in each of the first two games, meaning he's on the field the majority of the time.
Flowers is a must-start in all leagues while his target volume remains elite.
