BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE1
ANALYSIS: Washington Commanders tight end Zach Ertz found the end zone for the first time this season last weekend and should be viewed as a low-end TE1 heading into Week 8.
With the lack of a proven No. 2 wideout in the Washington passing attack, the veteran tight end has emerged as a safety valve for rookie Jayden Daniels. Through the first seven weeks, Ertz has averaged 8.3 PPR points per game and eclipsed double-digits three times.

In addition, Ertz has seen at least four targets in all but one game and seen at least five targets in four of them.
Facing the Chicago Bears this weekend, who have allowed the 13th-fewest points to opposing tight ends, makes Ertz a riskier starting option. Even though the Commanders may be without Daniels in this game, given his safe target floor, he should have enough opportunities to produce low-end TE1 numbers.
