Three games in the WNBA tonight. The Aces and the Sparks will cap off tonight's action in what could be one of the best games we've seen lately, but there's also a Mercury/Sun and a Liberty/Wings game going on as well.
In this article, I'll be providing you with some daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 8/1/19. These lineups picks will range from elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

WNBA - DFS Guards
Arike Ogunbowale (G, Dallas Wings) – vs New York Liberty (DK: $8,100, FD: $5,900)
Thursday might be a perfect storm for Ogunbowale. Over the last five games, Arike is fifth in the WNBA in field goal attempts per game, but she's just 19th in made shots per game. She's shot the ball poorly, but that's where Thursday's opponent, the New York Liberty, can make things easier for the Dallas rookie: on the season, they're allowing opponents to shoot the league's second-highest field goal percentage. New York is arguably the league's worst defense, so if Ogunbowale comes out with her usual volume, expect to see a higher percentage of shots drop into the bucket.
Jackie Young (G, Las Vegas Aces) – @ Los Angeles Sparks (DK: $6,400, FD: $5,900)
Young presents a ton of risk, but the Sparks are allowing the fourth-most points and as long as A'ja Wilson remains out, there's room for someone to pick up some of the scoring slack on this Aces team. Young's been doing well as the team's point guard this season -- she had seven assists in just 17 minutes against Dallas, but was only 1-for-6 from the floor. That last game was a bit of an anomaly though, as the Aces took such thorough control that they were able to let the bench play significant minutes. That won't happen against the Sparks. Young could continue to struggle with her shot, but her passing gives her a decent floor.
WNBA - DFS Forwards
Liz Cambage (F, Las Vegas Aces) – @ Los Angeles Sparks (DK: $10,800, FD: $8,400)
So, Liz Cambage had trouble against the Wings in her last game, going 1-for-12 from the field. She still managed six rebounds and four blocks in 19 minutes of action though, giving her a respectable fantasy line despite the shooting woes.
And that's why I'm afraid of not playing Cambage in every game until A'ja Wilson returns. Even on a bad day, she's putting up decent numbers. Against a Sparks frontcourt that's much better on offense than defense, Cambage looks to be in line for a huge bounce back night. 15 points and 12 rebounds with three blocks and four assists? That sounds doable based on her recent results.
Amanda Zahui B (F, New York Liberty) – @ Dallas Wings (DK: $6,900, FD: $7,000)
So, this goes down more as a DraftKings pick than a FanDuel pick because of pricing. Zahui B is really undervalued on DraftKings after having some mediocre games since returning from EuroBasket. But when you can get the 13th-highest priced forward on the site and it's someone with Zahui B's upside, I think you have to do it. She's been a good rebounder and has developed as a shot-blocker this year, but the scoring just hasn't come lately. Dallas, though, just got obliterated by the Aces, and over the last five games, no team is allowing their opponents to shoot better from three. That's good news for a stretch-five like Zahui B, who should get some chances to knock down the deep ball.
