WNBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks (7/10/19): WNBA DFS Advice for DraftKings and FanDuel

Justin Carter's top daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for 7/10/19. Expert WNBA DFS advice, sleepers & player recommendations for DraftKings and FanDuel.

We have a bit of a weird situation with Wednesday's slate, as there are three morning games -- all starting before or at noon -- and a night game. DraftKings has a four game slate, but FanDuel's main slate just features the morning games.

In this article, I'll be providing you with some daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 7/10/19. These lineups picks will range from elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

WNBA - DFS Guards

Odyssey Sims (G, Minnesota Lynx) – @ Chicago Sky (DK: $9,500, FD: N/A)

Sims plays in the night game, so she's only an option on DraftKings. Sims has 29 or more DK points in her last four games and is coming off a very strong 21-point, eight-assist outing against a strong Connecticut team. Sims has seen her passing numbers jump up lately and it's fueled a strong run from her. Chicago allows the second-most points and fourth-most assists per game in the WNBA, setting Sims up for another strong performance.

Kristi Toliver (G, Washington Mystics) – vs Phoenix Mercury (DK: $8,400, FD: $5,900)

While Toliver hasn't really been shooting the ball well from deep -- 34.5 percent on the season -- she has been shooting the ball a good amount from deep, including six attempts in Washington's last game. That volume becomes important against a Mercury team that's really, really struggled to stop the three-ball, allowing opponents to shoot 36.9 percent from three this year, the league's second-worst mark. Toliver's also been flashing her ability as a passer lately.

Kelsey Plum (G, Las Vegas Aces) – @ Indiana Fever (DK: $5,700, FD: $4,500)

Plum's been inconsistent this year and is pretty far down the pecking order in Vegas, but she's a good passer playing a team that allows the second-most assists in the league and is someone who's capable of firing up four or five three-point attempts and is facing a team allowing the league's third-highest three-point field goal percentage. Factor in that Indiana's been improving their interior defense thanks to rookie Teaira McCowan, and we can see the Aces funneling things to the perimeter and giving Plum a chance to shine.

WNBA - DFS Forwards

Sylvia Fowles (F, Minnesota Lynx) – @ Chicago Sky (DK: $10,600, FD: N/A)

The Sky are allowing more points in the paint than any other team. Fowles is a stellar player on both ends of the floor on the interior, averaging 14.6 points and 9.6 rebounds per game to go along with 1.1 blocks. I like this matchup for the veteran big.

Alyssa Thomas (F, Connecticut Sun) – @ Atlanta Dream (DK: $9,700, FD: $8,000)

Thomas has been just as good as teammate Jonquel Jones lately and is coming off an 11-point, nine-rebound, four-assist, two-block, and three-steal outing against the Lynx in which she was all over the place. Thomas struggled to score the last time she faced the Dream, but still had a strong fantasy day thanks to seven rebounds and five assists. The Dream allow more rebounds per game than any other team as well as the fourth-most points in the paint.

Tianna Hawkins (F, Washington Mystics) – vs Phoenix Mercury (DK: $5,700, FD: $5,000)

With Emma Meesseman set to return from EuroBasket this weekend, Hawkins will have to put her stamp on Tuesday's game if she wants to stake out a firm place in the rotation moving forward. She's definitely played like she should have one, though she has struggled some with her shot, going 0-for-7 from deep in her last game. She faces a Mercury team that tends to allow teams to get hot from three, though, and her rebounding ability gives her a pretty solid floor. Expect a solid day from Hawkins.
