A true fan favorite, Wilmer Flores may not have a chance to give his fans some face time in 2016. When the Mets signed Asdrubal Cabrera, it basically relegated Flores to the bench and out of fantasy relevance. However Flores could platoon with Cabrera, and will be one of the first bats off the bench for Terry Collins. So in NL only leagues, or extremely deep mixed ones, Flores could have some value. Also if Neil Walker or Asdrubal Cabrera get hurt, Flores would see an immediate uptick in value. A shortstop with power is nothing to sleep on.
