Over his last 14 days, Venable has 5 HRs, 5 Steals, 12 Runs and 9 RBIs, while hitting close to .400. And he's ranked as a top-5 player in Yahoo over that same stretch. Wow. Don't wait a second longer, if Venable is available in your league - find a way to add him asap.
ANALYSIS: Venable is having a good season, flashing a very nice power/speed combination with 16 HR and 13 SB, in addition to 15 doubles and six triples on the season. Last night he hit another bomb. Over his last 20 games, he has a .358/.402/1.044 triple-slash in 81 at-bats with four homers and 29 hits overall. He hits southpaws very well with a .291 average in 55 at-bats. Pick him up in all leagues and at the minimum ride the hot streak. Venable may be a big fantasy asset down the stretch, and in 2014.
