Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has scorched defenses for 1,000-yard seasons five times since he was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2016.
One of the fastest men in the NFL, he is nearly uncoverable. He has the 14th-most 100-yard games over that span and has averaged 13.9 yards per reception.
He is coming off his best season yet, in which he averaged a 100-yard game his first season in Miami, finishing with 1,710 receiving yards, but could he be nearing the end of his career?

Will Tyreek Hill Retire In 2025?
Tyreek Hill likes to go on radio shows and podcasts and hype himself and needle his rivals. That's just what he did when he joined Kansas City's WHB810 and talked smack about the upcoming matchup between the Miami Dolphins and his former team, the Chiefs, at Arrowhead Stadium in 2023.
"I hate to say it, man. I hate to throw up the peace sign against y'all. I hate to do it! But guess what? I'm gonna be y'all worst enemy that day. I'm gonna be y'all worst enemy that day," Hill said.
That wasn't the only thing Hill said. He also announced he was planning on hanging up his cleats in the not-so-distant future.
Hill's contract has a bloated $56.3 million cap hit in 2026, so 2025 is the final practical year of his contract. If he doesn't choose to retire, the contract would probably be reworked.
What Should Dynasty Managers Do With Tyreek Hill?
If Tyreek Hill goes through with his plans to retire from the NFL and focus on gaming, that means he only has three years left. He'll be 31 during the 2025 season.
Hill is at the peak of his performance. There is every reason to believe that, barring significant injury, he would continue to be productive into his 30s. It is true he relies more on his speed than most receivers, and speed does tend to drop off quickly as professional athletes age.
To be sure, some people are skeptical that Hill will actually retire.
"I would be surprised if there are any living humans who actually believe Tyreek Hill will retire in 2025," Denny Carter said. Surely some team will overpay for him late in his career, right?
If you are one of those few living humans who actually thinks the Cheetah might retire and you hope someone else in your dynasty league might pay for him, here's what you could get: Draft-Trade-Cut values Tyreek at this year's 1.04 rookie draft pick. You could also get a younger receiver and a lesser draft pick for Hill.
It might be that trading for Hill would be the better option now, especially if you are in a win-now state. Maybe some Hill owners are willing to deal after the interview, but we don't know for sure that he will retire, and even if he does, you can get three good years out of him.
