The 2023 NFL Draft class had four potential franchise-caliber quarterbacks -- Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson, and Will Levis. While Stroud and Richardson flashed superstar potential as rookies, Young and Levis struggled.
Fantasy football players refused to start Young or Levis most of their rookie year. However, that won’t be the case this upcoming season. The Carolina Panthers and Tennessee Titans significantly improved their offenses this offseason, giving the second-year quarterbacks a chance to become fantasy stars.

Will Levis 2024 Fantasy Football Outlook
The Titans had one of the worst offenses in the NFL last season. However, they spent their first-round pick in the NFL Draft on a new left tackle and signed the top center in free agency. More importantly, Tennessee added multiple weapons, signing Tony Pollard, Calvin Ridley, and Tyler Boyd to pair with DeAndre Hopkins, Chigoziem Okonkwo, and Tyjae Spears.
Levis was the QB33, averaging 11.3 fantasy points per game last year. However, his NFL debut was an all-time classic. He completed 65.5% of his pass attempts for 238 yards, four touchdowns, and 26.6 fantasy points in the win over the Atlanta Falcons.

Bryce Young 2024 Fantasy Football Outlook
Carolina had to trade away DJ Moore last offseason to acquire the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Unfortunately, losing Moore left Young with arguably the worst supporting cast in the league. Adam Thielen had some positive moments, but Jonathan Mingo and others struggled. Thankfully, the Panthers added multiple offensive linemen in free agency, traded for Diontae Johnson, and used a first-round pick on Xavier Legette.
Young was the QB23, averaging 9.8 fantasy points per game as a rookie. While he struggled, the former Alabama star had some positive moments. Young had two games with more than one passing touchdown in 2023, scoring 18.3 or more fantasy points in both contests.

Which Quarterback Should I Draft in Fantasy Football?
Both second-year quarterbacks should have productive 2024 seasons. Yet, neither is draftable in single-QB leagues. However, Levis and Young are solid QB2 options in superflex formats. Fantasy players should feel confident that both quarterbacks can provide consistent production.
All that said, fantasy players should draft Young ahead of Levis. The former No. 1 overall pick had a better rookie season. Furthermore, he has more draft capital attached to him, and Carolina did a better job setting Young up to succeed this offseason than Tennessee did with Levis.
