Demarcus Robinson was one of the last men standing in the Baltimore Ravens wide receiver room after numerous injuries to the position, but now, he underwent offseason surgery that could put his training camp availability in doubt.
While fantasy gamers who play in only shallow-league redraft formats won't bat an eye at Robinson's injury, he has some significance in deeper leagues and dynasty leagues. Coming off a 48-catch, 458 yards, and two-touchdown season, Robinson will be a free agent, so there's a chance he lands somewhere that puts him back on the fantasy radar.
Is Robinson healthy or injured and what is his potential 2023 fantasy outlook? Let's find out.

Demarcus Robinson Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Robinson (hernia) underwent sports-hernia surgery earlier this week according to his official Instagram page. Robinson will become an unrestricted free agent next month, but the injury shouldn't limit him much, if at all, for offseason workouts.
The 28-year-old was needed to step up for the Ravens in 2022 due to a season-ending injury to No. 1 receiver Rashod Bateman (foot). In 17 regular season games for Baltimore, Robinson saw a career-high 75 targets and 48 catches. Since he'll be healthy for training camp and is coming off a career year, his landing spot will be worth monitoring.
Demarcus Robinson 2023 Fantasy Outlook
While it's far too early in the process to know where Robinson could end up, dynasty managers should hold on to him until the offseason plays out. If Robinson lands with a high-end quarterback as even a WR3 or WR4, he could be worth stashing in deep leagues.
Needless to say, there's a very low chance Robinson ever becomes a must-start stud, but there's a real possibility he could be at least a desperation flex play in those kind of leagues.
As fantasy managers, it's important not to write any player off, as you never know who the next late-career breakout player is going to be.
