Chris Olave Fantasy Football Injury Update
Even though Olave was able to return to practice, albeit in a limited capacity, the top wideout was ruled out for Monday's game on their final injury report on Saturday afternoon.

Fantasy managers should pay close attention to his status next week as he may only need one full session to be eligible to suit up during Week 17 to face the Las Vegas Raiders.
Chris Olave Fantasy Football Injury Impact
Olave has had a disappointing season as he has been limited due to two separate concussions. Across eight games, Olave averaged just 53.5 yards per game with 4.4 receptions per game. However, in some of these games, Olave had to leave early and did not participate in the entire 60 minutes. During Weeks 2 through 4, Olave eclipsed 80+ yards in each contest and found the end zone once during this span.
Fantasy managers should continue to hold Olave heading into Week 17 as he may not only return that weekend but also operate as the clear No.1 pass catcher in the offense. Tight end Taysom Hill (knee), and Rashid Shaheed (knee) are both out for the season, while running back Alvin Kamara (groin) will also sit out in Week 16 and could also be in danger of missing Week 17.
This could set up Olave for a high target share next weekend in a juicy matchup versus the Raiders.

If Olave can return next weekend, he could be a viable low-end WR2 on a pure volume basis. Despite the injury-riddled season, he would still be a solid start in 3WR formats if he can clear the league's protocol next week.
