During the fantasy football playoffs, we must carefully analyze each player on our team before setting our lineup. And with Week 17 being the fantasy championships for most leagues, each decision is more critical than ever.
In this piece, we will look at three key pieces of the Baltimore Ravens offense including tight ends Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely, and wide receiver Rashod Bateman.
Should these players be in our Week 17 lineups, or should they remain on benches? Let's take a look at our start/sit recommendations. Good luck!
Should I Start Mark Andrews for Fantasy Football?
The 29-year-old has found the end zone in each of his past four games and five times over his past six contests. Over his past four games, Andrews has averaged 4.3 receptions per game with 43.0 yards per game.

While he is seeing most of the targets in the red zone, this has made him very touchdown-dependent. During this four-game stretch, he has only eclipsed 50+ receiving yards in one game. Facing a Houston Texans defense that has allowed the eighth-fewest PPR points to the position makes him a low-end TE1 with risk.
Should I Start Rashod Bateman for Fantasy Football?
Rashod Bateman was dealing with a foot injury throughout the week but was able to suit up in Week 16. In this game, he caught one of his three targets for 16 yards and a score. This was his second straight game finding the end zone and eighth total score of the campaign.

Throughout the season, Bateman has seen a solid 4.2 targets per game, putting him as the clear No.2 wideout in the offense. He has been given ample looks downfield holding 25.1% of the team's air yards. Facing a weak Houston secondary that has allowed the tenth-most PPR points to opposing wideouts makes him a solid WR3 with upside in all formats.
Should I Start Isaiah Likely for Fantasy Football?
Isaiah Likely has flashed elite upside when given the looks. However, Likely has struggled to earn a consistent target share, operating as not only the No.2 tight end on the roster but also in a run-heavy offense. Over his past six contests, Likely has seen five or more targets in two of them and saw three or fewer in the other four.

Even though he is averaging an impressive 6.6 yards after the catch, with his unstable target share, Likely is a TE2 that carries high-upside in a potentially high-scoring affair but is also a high-risk play if not given enough opportunities. He is an intriguing play in DFS formats but should only be viewed as a desperation TE in deeper formats in a redraft setting.
