Who Should I Start for Fantasy Football Week 14? Jameson Williams, Christian Watson, Quentin Johnston

Quentin Johnston - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Who should I start for Week 14? Fantasy football outlooks for Jameson Williams, Christian Watson, Quentin Johnston. Our expert fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks.

Week 14 of the NFL season is now upon us. The fantasy football playoff push is going full speed and it's time to make sure you're making the best decisions you can about your team.

There are some very talented wide receivers set to play this week, including Jameson Williams, Christian Watson, and Quentin Johnston. What is the fantasy football outlook for these players?

Should you start Williams, Watson, or Johnston in fantasy football leagues in Week 14? Here are outlooks for all three players ahead of Week 14 of the 2024 fantasy football season.

Should I Start Jameson Williams for Fantasy Football?

Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams looks to rebound from a disappointing effort from Week 13 in which the big-play receiver finished with just 28 yards, his fewest since Week 7. Williams was targeted seven times and caught five passes in the game, but he just wasn't able to make the kind of explosive plays that have become a common part of his game.

Williams has a low floor, but his ability to beat the defense on the deep ball gives him high upside each week as well. He should be viewed as a boom-or-bust WR3 option in Week 14 against the Packers.

Should I Start Christian Watson for Fantasy Football?

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson caught just two passes last week against the Miami Dolphins, but he made them count, finishing with 67 receiving yards in the game.

Watson is a talented player, but he has just 11 targets since the team's Week 10 bye week. Included in that stretch was an explosive game against the Bears that saw him catch all four of his targets for 150 yards, and then a complete shutout against the 49ers where he failed to bring in any of his three looks.

There's definitely upside with Watson because he's made some big plays for the 2024 Packers, but his low target share makes him an incredibly risky play as well. He has four weekly finishes as WR97 or worse this season. Consider Watson to be a boom-or-bust WR4 option in Week 14.

Should I Start Quentin Johnston for Fantasy Football?

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston is coming off two very bad weeks.

In Week 12 against the Ravens, he was targeted five times but was held without a catch. Then last week against Atlanta, he improved to two receptions for 12 yards, but it wasn't much improvement.

Johnston has scored six touchdowns this season, but he's been a non-factor in other games. His best weekly finish in a game without a touchdown was WR60 back in Week 1.

Consider Johnston to be a boom-or-bust WR5 option this weekend. The upside just isn't worth the risk in most formats.
