The tight end and wide receiver positions can bring plenty of variability to fantasy scoreboards due to PPR points counting for so much. This can make it tough to decide which pass-catchers to start.
It doesn't help when players are part of an inconsistent offense or have roles that change week to week.
Let's break down whether you should start the following three players that fit into these categories.
Should I Start Taysom Hill for Fantasy Football?
New Orleans Saints tight end Taysom Hill had a monster game in Week 11, scoring 42.5 PPR fantasy points. The Saints coaching staff seems interested in using him more consistently in the offense as well, which could make him an easy TE1 for the rest of the season.
#Saints interim HC Darren Rizzi on Taysom Hill’s workload:
“I think our usage with him these last couple weeks is really what we’re kind of trying to trend towards. A little bit of everything, not too much of anything. He’s obviously a huge part of what we do… The more he’s on… pic.twitter.com/KnDIDdWPGI

It's probably unreasonable to expect him to put up 40 points again, but you never know. Saints offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak is a wizard. And Hill still has it. Start him because his upside is tremendous.
Should I Start Calvin Ridley for Fantasy Football?
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley (ankle) is currently dealing with an ankle injury and missed practice on Wednesday. Be sure to keep an eye on his status as the week progresses. If he does play, you should probably start him, though. His quarterback, Will Levis, has been playing much better in recent weeks.

The offense as a whole has been taking impressive strides over the past few weeks, so it seems like we can start trusting Ridley again. He's an excellent receiver.
Should I Start Davante Adams for Fantasy Football?
New York Jets wide receiver Davante Adams has been one of the biggest busts of fantasy football drafts this season. He was traded from the Las Vegas Raiders, a team with an anemic offense, to the New York Jets, another team with a terrible offensive attack. It hasn't gone well.

His separation abilities have taken a step back, but most of the blame should fall on quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who looks washed, and the offensive line, which has played terribly this season. Adams should still be started in PPR leagues with 12 or more teams due to his talent, but he can be benched in the rest.
