Who Do The New York Giants Play Next Season? List Of New York's 2024 Opponents

Darren Waller - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Who do the New York Giants play in the 2024 NFL season? Mike Fanelli tells you who the New York Giants play next season and what will be their toughest games.

The New York Giants had high hopes last year. They were coming off a surprise 2022 season, making the playoffs for the first time since 2016. Unfortunately, nothing went according to plan.

Daniel Jones severely regressed after getting a contract extension from the Giants. His passing touchdown rate dropped from 3.2% in 2022 to 1.3% last year. Furthermore, the quarterback struggled to hold onto the ball. He had six interceptions in six games after totaling only five in 16 games the season before.

While some called for massive changes in New York, the Giants kept Joe Schoen as their general manager and Brian Daboll as their head coach. However, the team must perform next year, or both men might no longer have a job. Let’s look at who New York will face in 2024.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Who Do The New York Giants Play At Home Next Season?

The NFC teams will get the extra home game in 2024, meaning the Giants will face nine teams at MetLife Stadium next year. New York will face their three NFC East rivals at home. Last year, the Giants had a 3-3 record in the division. They went 2-0 against the Washington Commanders and 0-2 against the Dallas Cowboys.

However, New York split the season series with the Philadelphia Eagles, pulling off a massive 27-10 victory in Week 18. Saquon Barkley played a significant role in the team’s win, totaling two rushing touchdowns.

While the NFC East matchups are always fun to watch, the Giants have several other exciting home games in 2024. They will face the New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Minnesota Vikings, and Indianapolis Colts at MetLife Stadium. All of those opponents were either playoff teams or just missed out on the postseason this year.

Who Do The New York Giants Play On The Road Next Season?

New York has a far easier road schedule next year than this past season. Outside their three matchups against the NFC East rivals, the Giants will face the Seattle Seahawks, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns, and Pittsburgh Steelers. Only the Browns and Steelers made the playoffs in 2023.

The one matchup fans should circle on their calendar is against the Seahawks. New York faced Seattle in Week 4 this past season. While the team was without Barkley, the Giants got embarrassed on national television. They will be looking forward to evening the score next season.
