It hasn't been the best year for Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence. He currently enters the last week of the regular season with 3,736 yards, 19 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. Lawrence also hasn't been a dominant fantasy option, finishing as the QB14 on the season.
More surprising than his year has been the fact that Lawrence missed his first game of his professional career in Week 17. The 24-year-old suffered a shoulder injury on his throwing arm, which kept him out of action last week.
So, when is Lawrence returning to action? Will he play in Week 18? Let's dive in.

Trevor Lawrence's Latest Injury Update
Lawrence simply doesn't miss games. He never missed a high school or college start over the years and made every start through 49 career games in the NFL. However, the young quarterback is currently battling a shoulder injury that he suffered in Week 16 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
In that game, Lawrence landed hard on his shoulder and had to exit in the second half. That injury forced him to miss last week's win over the Carolina Panthers.
As of now, Lawrence is truly questionable for Sunday's must-win game against the Tennessee Titans. However, he is hoping to play this weekend. The Jaguars quarterback practiced in a limited fashion all week, and according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Lawrence is pushing hard to play.
Trevor Lawrence Fantasy Football Outlook
Lawrence will likely go through pregame warmups to determine his status for Week 18. At that point, the team will decide if he can go or not. If he can go, he's a strong quarterback option in both Week 18 fantasy championships and daily fantasy sports (DFS) contests.
Back in Week 11, Lawrence put together his best fantasy day of the year against this Titans' secondary, finishing with 262 pass yards and four total touchdowns (two passing & two rushing). That performance helped him land as the QB1 on the week for the second time in his career. The other also came against Tennessee last season in Week 14.
Lawrence has played well against the Titans in his career, and in a must-win game, he should produce some solid numbers. However, if he can't go, quarterback C.J. Beathard is not as strong of an option in fantasy.
