Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf missed the last two games before Seattle's bye with a knee injury, but will he suit up against the 49ers in Week 11?
Having Metcalf back would be a huge boost to this Seattle offense as the wideout has 99 or more receiving yards in four separate games this season.
When will DK Metcalf return to action, and what is his fantasy football outlook when he does? Let's dive in.

DK Metcalf Injury Update
DK Metcalf missed Week 8 and Week 9 with an MCL injury, but it sounds like the wide receiver is nearing a return to play which could come as soon as Sunday when Seattle takes on the San Francisco 49ers.
As quoted in an article on the Seahawks official website, head coach Mike Macdonald said of Metcalf that he is "doing well" and he is "optimistic. We should see him on Wednesday out there (at practice)."

It's no guarantee, but fantasy managers should feel relatively optimistic that Metcalf will suit up in Week 11 against the 49ers.
DK Metcalf Fantasy Football Outlook
Metcalf has finished as a top 10 fantasy wide receiver three times already this season, including a pair of finishes as the overall WR5. Those came in Week 2 when he caught 10 passes for 129 yards and a score against the Patriots and then in Week 7 when he caught four passes for 99 yards and a touchdown against Atlanta.
GREAT NEWS: #Seahawks DK Metcalf is expected to practice on Wednesday, per HC Mike Macdonald.
He also stated he’s “optimistic” he’ll practice more moving forward.

Metcalf has had a few games where he struggled to get going, but he has high-end WR2 upside in fantasy football leagues going forward. While he might have a few quiet games, his big play upside makes him a player worth starting in all formats.
If Metcalf is out again this week, Jaxon Smith-Njigba will continue to see an expanded role. He caught a pair of touchdowns last time out and finished as the overall fantasy WR1 in Week 9.
