The 28-year-old tight end has been a key piece of the Eagles offense over the past few seasons and while his absence hasn't resulted in any losses for the Eagles yet, the team would surely love to have Goedert back in the fold.
When is Goedert coming back to action? What is his fantasy football outlook when he returns? Let's dive in.

Dallas Goedert Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Dallas Goedert suffered a forearm fracture against the Dallas Cowboys back in Week 9. He had surgery following the injury and it was initially unclear what his timeline for recovery would be, though the fact that Goedert didn't land on the Injured Reserve suggested that the Eagles thought he could miss fewer than four games, the minimum for a player on IR.
According to James Palmer of the NFL Network, it looks like Goedert could return after missing just two games as he will push to play in Week 13 when the Eagles take on the San Francisco 49ers.
However, it sounds like Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys is a more realistic option for when Goedert will next step foot on an NFL field.
Dallas Goedert Fantasy Football Outlook
Through nine games this season, Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert has caught 38 of his 52 targets for 410 yards and two touchdowns. He is averaging 45.6 receiving yards per game, which is a decent drop from last season's 58.5 yards per game. In fact, this is his lowest yards per game total since 2019.
Goedert will rate as a TE1 play once he returns, but he lacks the elite upside that he'd had over the past few seasons. There are a lot of mouths to feed in the Philly passing game and the addition of Julio Jones just slices the pie up into smaller bits.
