Dak Prescott Injury Update
2024 has been a rough year for the Dallas Cowboys. Following the team's 34-6 loss to the Eagles this week, the team is just 3-6 on the season and has lost four in a row.

Dak Prescott suffered a hamstring tear in the team's loss to the Falcons and missed last week's loss to the Eagles. But it turns out, he's going to miss a lot more time than that.
Prescott will have surgery on his hamstring on Wednesday, which will mark the end of his 2024 season.
Dak ends 2o24 with 1,978 passing yards and 11 touchdowns. He was picked off eight times and completed 64.7% of his passes, his lowest mark since 2017.
Dak Prescott Fantasy Football Outlook
With Dak Prescott done for the year, the Cowboy will start Cooper Rush for now. Rush was 13-for-23 for just 45 yards against the Eagles this week. It was an awful showing for the entire Dallas offense.
Rush isn't on the fantasy radar outside of being an injury or bye week replacement in superflex leagues.
We could see Trey Lance get some starts down the stretch if Rush continues to struggle. He played some against the Eagles, going 4-for-6 for 21 yards with a pick.
We are a mere 18 days away from a potential Tommy Devito vs. Trey Lance Thanksgiving Day thriller.
May the football gods grant us all this wish.

If Lance starts, he would begin his tenure in the same fantasy situation as Rush, but he possesses more upside and could at least wind up as a riser down the stretch.
As for Prescott, he remains a low-end QB1 in dynasty, but he can be safely dropped in redraft leagues.
