Cedric Tillman Injury Update
Tillman did not suit up for the Week 13 Monday Night Football matchup against the Denver Broncos due to a concussion.
The second-year player was injured during the Browns' Week 12 Thursday Night Football game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. After taking a significant hit, he showed difficulty walking, which led to his placement in the NFL's concussion protocol. Additionally, Tillman's lack of practice participation leading up to Week 13 was concerning to fantasy managers.

Despite being in protocol for 10 days, Tillman could not clear it in time for the Broncos game, leaving fantasy managers without a key contributor for the week. The 24-year-old's status remains uncertain for Week 14, though optimism exists that he could return in time for the Browns' rematch with the Steelers.
The Browns will continue to take a cautious approach, ensuring Tillman fully recovers before he is allowed to return to the field. Fantasy managers should closely monitor practice reports and news updates throughout the week to see how he progresses.
Cedric Tillman Fantasy Football Outlook
The wideout was building momentum as a trustworthy flex or WR3 option earlier in the season, particularly during his strong Weeks 7-9. His ability to stretch the field and make contested catches is a big boost to the Browns' offense and fantasy lineups alike.
In his absence, other Browns players like David Njoku and Jerry Jeudy (against his former team) stepped up in Week 13. Still, Tillman's return to the lineup would give quarterback Jameis Winston another reliable weapon.

If the receiver can clear concussion protocol, he will immediately slot back into the lineup. Keep him stashed on your roster and monitor his status closely.
If he plays in Week 15, consider him a feasible flex option in PPR leagues, taking on a Steelers defense he already knows. However, if symptoms linger, do not hesitate to explore waiver wire replacements, as concussions can sometimes extend recovery timelines unpredictably.
