Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is the QB20 for the year, averaging 16.5 fantasy points per game. Unfortunately, he has struggled to stay healthy.
The star quarterback missed four games earlier this season with a concussion after taking a massive hit in the Week 2 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. However, he has played well since returning from the injury.
Tagovailoa has averaged 1.9 passing touchdowns and 17.5 fantasy points per game over the past 10 weeks, totaling two or more scores and over 23.5 fantasy points in nearly half of those contests.

When Is Tua Tagovailoa Coming Back?
Unfortunately, the former Alabama star suffered a hip injury in the Week 16 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Tagovailoa’s injury forced him to miss last week’s win over the Cleveland Browns.
Furthermore, he is iffy to play on Sunday in a must-win game for the Dolphins against the New York Jets. Fantasy players shouldn’t expect the star quarterback to play this week, ending his regular season.
ESPN's Adam Schefter on Tua: "I don't think it's a lock he plays this week. The hip was more banged up than people realize... It's fair to say his status [for Jets] is in question."

Replacement Options Off The Waiver Wire
Russell Wilson is an appealing replacement option for Tagovailoa in Week 18. The veteran quarterback has played well since taking over as the starter in Week 7, averaging 1.5 passing touchdowns and 16.1 fantasy points per game.
Last week, he scored 17.7 fantasy points in the loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day, totaling six rushing attempts for 55 yards and a touchdown, setting season-highs in every category. More importantly, Wilson has an excellent matchup on Saturday against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The veteran quarterback had 414 passing yards, three touchdowns, and 26.9 fantasy points in the Week 13 matchup against the division rivals. Furthermore, the Bengals have surrendered 19.4 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this year, the fifth-most in the NFL.
Fantasy players should make Wilson their top priority off the waiver wire in Week 18 if they need a streaming or replacement option at quarterback. This matchup is a must-win for both teams.
