Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman (concussion) wasn't able to finish his team's Week 12 game with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played just 53% of snaps, far less than the 96% he played in Week 11.
Tillman was an extremely hot waiver-wire target after he put up games of 18.1 and 28.9 PPR fantasy points in Week 7 and Week 8. He followed that up with 19.5 FPTs in Week 9 against the Los Angeles Chargers excellent defense, though much of that was in garbage time, when the game was out of reach. But he's in danger of missing time now.
When will Tillman suit up again for CLE?

Cedric Tillman Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Tillman suffered a concussion, and is now in the NFL's concussion protocol. He took a massive hit to the head from a Steelers' defender. He also took another less severe blow, though it didn't look like it hit him directly in the helmet. When he tried to get up, he couldn't walk properly.

He had to be helped up due to his instability. It's clear that he suffered brain trauma. He'll now have to pass through all five stages of the NFL's concussion protocol, then be cleared by a non-NFL neurologist before being able to return. It's possible he could miss at least one week, but probably won't be out for much more time than that.
Cedric Tillman Fantasy Football Outlook
It's starting to look like receiver Jerry Jeudy is the clear No. 1 wideout for the team, but on a squad with gunslinger quarterback Jameis Winston throwing the ball, there's room for more than one starting-worthy WR. The problem is that they face very tough defenses for the rest of the year.

The Broncos and Steelers defenses are extremely tough against pass-catchers, and it won't be easy for them to have good passing attacks against them. It's possible garbage time could help, though. Tillman will be a solid WR3/FLEX with plenty of risk when he returns. It's tough to evaluate him with so few games with his new starting QB, though.
He shouldn't be dropped, that's for sure.
