Week 8 Wide Receiver Outlooks For Fantasy Football
Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins - Fantasy Football Outlook
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (quad) fully practiced on Friday and was removed from the injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals. He was limited earlier in the week with a quad injury but is good to go for Week 8.
Over the last four games, the 25-year-old caught 13 of 21 targets for 119 yards and zero touchdowns. That should all change this week, with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) coming off injured reserve after he suffered a gruesome concussion back in Week 2. Miami now gets a matchup at home against the Cardinals, who allow the sixth most fantasy points per game to wide receivers in PPR formats.
The O/U for this game projects to be a high-scoring affair and currently sits at 46.5. With Tua back, lock him into your lineup as a WR2, as he is currently ranked 21st among all wideouts in the latest RotoBaller rankings for Week 8.

Jalen McMillan, Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Jalen McMillan is likely going to be asked to play a big role in the offense going forward. The Bucs lost both their top wideouts, Mike Evans (hamstring) and Chris Godwin (ankle), during last week's loss to the Baltimore Ravens. That being said, McMillan and Sterling Shepard are expected to be the top options in the passing game going forward.
Last week, McMillan hauled in three of his eight targets for 15 yards in the loss. It wasn't a good game for McMillan, but the eight targets shows that the Bucs do have faith in the young wideout. The rookie receiver could end up sliding into the slot role which could be good for his fantasy value. He has a favorable matchup against the Atlanta Falcons defense in Week 8. Fantasy managers should consider McMillan as a low-end WR3 for this weekend.
- Andy Webb, RotoBaller
Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs has been the most productive Packers' pass-catcher over the last couple of games and he looks to keep that streak going in a matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 8.
Doubs has put together WR11 and WR13 performances in the last two weeks following a one-game suspension for conduct detrimental to the team back in Week 5. Where the first game back in Week 6 was primarily reliant on his two touchdowns, Week 7's game was based on receiving volume as he led the team with 10 targets, eight receptions and 94 receiving yards.
Doubs has pretty solid so far this season and against a pass-funnel defense in the Jaguars, he should be able to return WR3-level fantasy production with the upside for much more with the way he's played lately.
- Kevin Tompkins, RotoBaller
