PrizePicks NFL DFS Props Picks - Sunday Main Slate (Week 8)

Josh Jacobs - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Hello everybody and welcome! The 2022 NFL season is well underway and that means our friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great DFS plays we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.

Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best and easiest to win NFL DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.

NFL DFS Picks for Week 8

Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for "point per reception," meaning every reception is worth one point. Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point. If you ever have questions, you can always click the "scoring chart" option above the player selections for each contest. Now let's get to some solid fantasy score props for this week.

Raheem Mostert more than 67.5 rushing yards - Mostert has seen a steady workload increase as he has averaged nearly 16 carries per game over the previous four weeks. He and the Dolphins will enter this game as 3.5-point favorites against a Lions defense that has allowed the fifth-most rushing yards to running backs over the previous four weeks. They have also allowed an average of nearly five yards per carry, so if Mostert gets his normal workload here, he should be able to get over this total.

Josh Jacobs more than 83.5 rushing yards - Jacobs has been an absolute beast as he has gone over this total in three straight games while averaging 147 rushing yards per game over that span. He has also averaged 23 carries per game over that same span and this should continue in a game where the Raiders will enter as slight favorites against a bad Saints defense. Over the previous four weeks, New Orleans has allowed a horrendous 5.4 yards per carry to the running back position.

DeVonta Smith more than 55.5 receiving yards - Smith has gone over this total in three of his previous five games and has a great shot to do it again in this one. Over the previous four weeks, the Steelers are allowing the most yards to the wide receiver position by allowing an average of 231 receiving yards per game to the position. Smith has also seen solid target share as he has accounted for an average of 22.8% of the Eagles' targets this season.

D.J. Moore more than 60.5 receiving yards - Moore started the season rather slowly, but eclipsed this total last week and just missed it two weeks ago when he went for 59 receiving yards. He has also averaged nine targets per game over his previous four contests. The matchup here is solid as well as the Falcons have allowed an average of 217.5 receiving yards per game to wideouts over the previous four weeks, which ranks second-worst behind only the Steelers.

Other Recommendations: Tua Tagovailoa more than 16.0 fantasy score, PJ Walker more than 10.5 fantasy score
