Week 5 Kicker Outlooks for Fantasy Football
Blake Grupe, New Orleans Saints - Fantasy Football Outlook
New Orleans Saints kicker Blake Grupe (hip) practiced in full on Friday after he was given an DNP tag on Thursday. Grupe was looking iffy for Week 5 against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football after popping up on the initial injury report, but a return to a full practice a day later on Friday should put him in the clear to be available to close out Week 5 action.
The 25-year-old has been a top-10 fantasy kicker through the first four weeks of the season, and there's no reason why fantasy managers should be going away from him this week as long as he's active. Grupe is currently the No. 7 kicker in terms of fantasy points this year.
He's made all eight of his field-goal attempts and has missed just one of his 14 extra-point tries. The Chiefs defense has allowed 7.5 fantasy points per game to kickers through four games, which ranks 20th in the league.

Will Reichard, Minnesota Vikings - Fantasy Football Outlook
Minnesota Vikings kicker Will Reichard has been a solid fantasy kicker this season and hopes to continue meaningful production in Week 5 against the New York Jets in London. The rookie kicker has yet to miss a kick, so far making all six field goals and all 14 extra points attempted.
Reichard has benefitted from a consistent Vikings offense, as he has converted at least four kicks in each game, representing a solid floor. The kicker's downfall this season has been an abundance of extra point attempts instead of field goals, which may change with a matchup against a stingy Jets defense that has allowed less than 16 points per game through the first month.
If you're in a deeper league, Reichard might be a consideration for streaming as RotoBaller's 17th-ranked kicker heading into Week 5.
- Bruce Clark, RotoBaller
Justin Tucker, Baltimore Ravens - Fantasy Football Outlook
Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has taken quite the tumble down the fantasy ladder through the first four weeks. The historically accurate Texas product has only posted one week in K1 territory so far and has finished K17 or worse in the other three weeks.
It's not due to his offense being unable to move the ball, as they've scored 20 or more points in each game. He's only making 62.5% of his field goal attempts and has missed both of his 50-yard attempts.
The Cincinnati Bengals are only allowing nine fantasy points per game to opposing kickers, while Tucker only averages seven. There are better options out there until Tucker gets back on track.
