Welcome back RotoBallers, to another edition of the fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 16 -- July 10 through July 16. The Al-Star break is here, and the first half of the 2023 regular season is officially in the books. More top prospects are being called up to the big leagues, and some are producing for fantasy managers immediately. Colton Cowser, Dominic Canzone, and Oscar Colas were recently promoted. Top prospects such as Christian Encarnacion-Strand, Colt Keith, Landon Knack, Sal Frelick, James Wood, Dominic Canzone, and Grayson Rodriguez are patiently waiting for a promotion to the majors.
Notable injury notes include Mike Trout (hand), Tommy Edman (wrist), Ke'Bryan Hayes (back), Dansby Swanson (heel), and Brandon Drury (wrist) were placed on the injured list. Bryce Harper (elbow), Tyler Glasnow (hand), Jo Adell (oblique), and Jordan Montgomery (hamstring) are considered day-to-day. The ball is flying out of the yard as offenses are heating up.
