Week 15 FLEX Outlooks for Fantasy Football
Malik Nabers, New York Giants - Fantasy Football Outlook
New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers (hip) has been cleared to play ahead of the Week 15 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Nabers has been dealing with a hip issue since last week, but still ended up suiting up last weekend. He hauled in five of his 10 targets for 79 yards in the loss to the New Orleans Saints. Nabers appeared to be fine during that game but was limited in practice to start this week. Quarterback Drew Lock (elbow) is doubtful to play, so Tommy DeVito is likely to be under center. Regardless, Nabers should still be a reliable fantasy option for this weekend.
- Andy Webb, RotoBaller
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle Seahawks - Fantasy Football Outlook
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba will play the No. 9 defense against opposing wide receivers when the Seahawks host the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football. Smith-Njigba has delivered as a high-end WR2 to low-end WR1 of late. He currently sits as the WR6 in fantasy with four games to go. Smith-Njigba is being anchored by target volume. He is consistently leading or coming in second on the team in targets each week.
JSN has squarely taken over wide receiver Tyler Lockett's role in the offense. He has even been more productive than DK Metcalf (shoulder) over the last few weeks. With Seattle providing a balanced offensive attack, the passing game has become far more efficient. Although Smith-Njigba is not scoring many touchdowns, he should earn plenty of receptions and yards in this game. Keep him confidently in your lineup.
- Quincy Milton III, RotoBaller
Gus Edwards, Los Angeles Chargers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Los Angeles Chargers running back Gus Edwards is an uninspiring fantasy option in a Week 15 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Edwards has been running like he's out of gas all season, as shown by a 13% missed tackle rate and just 2.2 yards after contact per attempt.
Still, he maintains a key role on the Chargers offense, as he's recorded 43% or more of the team's offensive snaps over the past two weeks, including 42% of the red zone snaps. He's a thoroughly touchdown-dependent option in fantasy right now, with most fantasy playoff teams almost certainly rostering multiple stronger options.
