Week 12 Wide Receiver Outlooks For Fantasy Football
Xavier Worthy, Kanas City Chiefs - Fantasy Football Outlook
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy will face the Carolina Panthers in Week 12. Worthy had one of his more productive games last week in the 21-30 loss to the Buffalo Bills. The rookie receiver was heavily involved in the game plan for the beginning of the game, catching four passes for 61 yards and a touchdown. Worthy did not have another catch for the rest of the game despite his early involvement.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes publicly stated that he needs to do a better job connecting with Worthy on deep passes since the young receiver is getting open. There will likely be an effort to push the ball downfield to Worthy in this contest since the Panthers are a beatable opponent. The Panthers rank 12th in fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers this season, but that is simply because teams do not need to pass against the Panthers to win games.
The 21-year-old is ranked WR36 in our RotoBaller half-PPR rankings this week, making him a WR3/flex option in this contest. Fantasy managers dealing with bye weeks should have no issues finding a spot for Worthy in their starting lineups.

DJ Moore, Chicago Bears - Fantasy Football Outlook
In Week 11, Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore showed signs of improvement in the team's 20-19 loss to the Green Bay Packers. While he finished with seven receptions for seven 62 yards, Moore was again kept out of the end zone. He also had minimal impact in the rushing game, with just one carry for 5 yards.
Despite the lack of a touchdown, it was encouraging to see Moore utilized more creatively within the offense. The recent change at offensive coordinator, with Thomas Brown replacing Shane Waldron, seems to have sparked a bit of life in the Bears' attack.
While Moore's production didn't reach its full potential this week, his expanded role could signal more fantasy value soon. Looking ahead, the Bears won't have much time to regroup as they welcome the tough Minnesota Vikings to Soldier Field next Sunday. A challenging matchup against Brian Flores' defense awaits.

Jauan Jennings, San Francisco 49ers - Fantasy Football Outlook
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings will take on the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field on Sunday. The 27-year-old is making the most of his opportunity this year, filling in for an out-for-the-season Brandon Aiyuk. Jennings surpassed 20 half-PPR points last week versus Seattle by securing 10-of-11 targets for 91 yards and a touchdown.
The week before, in Tampa, Jennings was less productive but also had 11 targets. As a result, Jennings has surpassed teammate Deebo Samuel Sr. in fantasy value, at least for the moment. Jennings' job is a difficult one this week, however.
For one, Green Bay's pass defense has been better than Seattle's, ranking 12th-toughest on wide receivers in fantasy. More importantly, San Francisco will be without starting quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) and potentially All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams, who is questionable with an ankle injury. Even still, Jennings is in play for lineups in Week 12 as a firm WR2. He's earned it.
