As Thanksgiving football approaches, there are no teams on a bye this week, so fantasy managers won't have to dive deep into the pool of fantasy kickers to find a quality starter. That said, even kickers have dealt with injury issues this season, so it's always a good idea to know the pecking order of the position that doesn't get much love. Our Week 12 kicker rankings aim to help fantasy managers sort through all the variables and make the right choice at this tough position to predict.
Chris Boswell (groin) has been placed on injured reserve, but we'll have to monitor the status of Dustin Hopkins (hamstring) and Randy Bullock (right calf), even though neither would be must-starts in Week 12. Cameron Dicker has kicked well stepping in for Hopkins, so the Chargers likely won't be in a hurry to rush him back.
It's nice to have the full complement of kickers available for Week 12, so let's get into the rankings.

Kicker Streamers to Target for Week 12
Only players who are rostered in fewer than 50% of fantasy football leagues are considered streamers.
Evan McPherson, Cincinnati Bengals (at Tennessee Titans)
McPherson had an excellent rookie season but has not been a great fantasy kicker this season. However, he made three field goals and four extra point attempts against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11 and the game against Tennessee could be another solid spot. Tennessee has a bend-but-don't-break defense, so while the Bengals will likely move the ball, Tennessee could hold them to plenty of field goal attempts. Tennessee has the No. 1 defense on third down, limiting offenses to just over a 30-percent third down conversion rate.
Wil Lutz, New Orleans Saints (at San Francisco 49ers)
Ultimately, the Saints' offense could be shut down by a fierce 49ers stop unit, but Andy Dalton and company have moved the ball well enough to have Lutz sitting as a top-10 fantasy kicker through 11 weeks. New Orleans has some solid offensive weapons, and the best-case scenario here would be stalling in the red zone, setting Lutz up for some easy field goals.
Cameron Dicker OR Dustin Hopkins, Los Angeles Chargers (at Arizona Cardinals)
The Chargers' offense looked good against the Kansas City Chiefs with Keenan Allen back and Joshua Palmer breaking out, and the projected total of 47.5 points here is one of the highest of the Week 11 slate. Whether it's Dicker or Hopkins kicking for L.A., the upside is strong here in what could be a shootout. Dicker has been perfect on his seven field goal attempts thus far, so don't be afraid to trust him in your lineups.
Kicker Busts to Avoid for Week 12
Greg Joseph, Minnesota Vikings (vs. New England Patriots)
The Vikings were flat-out embarrassed by a strong defense (Dallas) in Week 11, and the New England Patriots are back to being a dominant stop unit in 2022. This game will be an ugly Thursday night snoozer, and the projected point total of 41.5 feels generous. Joseph has delivered in some spots this season, but this doesn't set up well for the veteran kicker.
Mason Crosby, Green Bay Packers (at Philadelphia Eagles)
Crosby has been featured in this section of the article almost every week, and we're going to continue to keep him here while he remains over 60 percent rostered. He's not even a top-24 fantasy kicker in total fantasy points, so it's confusing why fantasy managers refuse to drop him. The Green Bay Packers offense had a fluke performance against Dallas before disappointing again versus Tennessee, and a matchup with the Eagles on the road doesn't warrant much promise. Expect another down performance for Crosby.
