Week 11 FLEX Outlooks for Fantasy Football
Jakobi Meyers, Las Vegas Raiders - Fantasy Football Outlook
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (hamstring) has had back to back games of double-digit PPR fantasy point performances, racking up 17.2 points in Week 8 and following that up with 18.5 in Week 9. He'll be well-rested after his Week 10 bye when he faces the Miami Dolphins on Sunday in a Week 11 contest featuring two teams with losing records. Meyers will square off at least part of the time with highly-accomplished cornerback Jalen Ramsey in a must-win for Miami, who has a glimmer of playoff hope left.
It will be a tough test, but the sixth-year pro should be started in PPR leagues due to his excellent target volume -- he's had 18 targets in his last two games. He's been dealing with a hamstring injury this week, but practiced fully Wednesday through Friday and is expected to play, so this ailment shouldn't be a concern. Treat him as a WR2 for fantasy purposes.
- John Johnson, RotoBaller
Nick Chubb, Cleveland Browns - Fantasy Football Outlook
Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb comes out of his bye to face off against the New Orleans Saints on the road in Week 11. Chubb has struggled in his three games played this season, averaging just 2.7 yards per carry on 42 attempts. The Saints have been one of the best matchups for running backs in the league this season as they are allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to the position. Chubb can be trusted as a low-end RB2 heading into Week 11 thanks to the friendly matchup.
- Matt T., RotoBaller
Brian Thomas Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars - Fantasy Football Outlook
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (chest) appears ready to go ahead of the Week 11 matchup against the Detroit Lions. The rookie wideout was limited in practice all week, but it sounds like that won't stop him from suiting up. Thomas has been solid during his rookie campaign, but his fantasy value is going to take a major hit with Mac Jones under center for the Jags. Last week, Thomas hauled in two receptions for 12 yards in the loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect better results until Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) returns to the field. Thomas falls into the WR4 conversation, with Jones getting the nod this weekend.
- Andy Webb, RotoBaller
