Hello everybody and welcome! The 2021 NFL season is finally underway and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best and easiest to win NFL DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For NFL, Single Stat consists of quarterback passing yards, running back rushing yards, and wide receiver receiving yards in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some fantasy score totals for the Week 1 of the NFL season.

Fantasy Score NFL Totals
Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for point per reception, meaning every reception is worth one point. Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point. If you ever have questions, you can always click the "scoring chart" option above the player selections for each contest. Now let's get to some solid fantasy score props for this week.
James Robinson over 15.5 fantasy score - Robinson is now the main guy in Jacksonville with the recent injury to Travis Etienne and he could not ask for a better matchup to start the season. The Houston Texans allowed 146 rushing yards per game to running backs in 2020, which was ranked the worst in the league. They also allowed the 11th-most receptions and fourth-most receiving yards to backs in 2020. Robinson is definitely a dual-threat as he managed to carry the ball 240 times and haul in 49 receptions in 2020. The fact that the Jaguars are favored in this game should also give him some additional carries to work with down the stretch.
Jalen Reagor over 9.5 fantasy score - A lot of folks will look to DeVonta Smith in this game, but I have a hard time trusting a rookie wide receiver in his first game of the season to get over a prop. This will be Reagor's second season in the NFL and he had a respectable rookie campaign in which he caught for just under 400 yards in 11 games. I expect him to take a step forward in 2021 with Hurts at the helm and he has a tremendous matchup in Week 1 against the Falcons. In 2020, the Falcons allowed the most receiving yards to wide receivers by allowing 209.3 yards per game. They also gave up the third-most receiving touchdowns to the position with 20. This is also a spot where the Eagles are underdogs and could be throwing late in the game.
Raheem Mostert over 14.0 fantasy score - Trey Sermon will see some work in this game, but Raheem Mostert is the back that should shoulder most of the load and he is in a great spot for this one. The Lions allowed 115.9 rushing yards per game to running backs in 2020, which ranked fourth-worst in the league. They also allowed 19 rushing touchdowns in 2020, which was ranked second-worst in the league. The 49ers should focus on a steady diet of running the ball in this one and should be able to win this game comfortably, which would also lead to more rushing yards to Mostert.
Michael Pittman Jr. over 11.5 fantasy score - With the news of T.Y. Hilton going on IR this past week, Pittman becomes the defacto number one wide receiver in Indianapolis. This is good news for him heading into a Week 1 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. In 2020, the Seahawks allowed 205.9 receiving yards per game to wide receivers, which ranked third-worst in the league. They also gave up the third-most Red ZOne touches to wide receivers with a total of 31. Pittman should be able to cruise over this total, especially given the fact that the Colts are three-point underdogs.
