Howdy, RotoBallers! Welcome back to our fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 4 (April 15 - April 21) of the 2024 MLB season. Injuries continue to pile up as the Los Angeles Dodgers placed right-hander Bobby Miller on the injured list with shoulder inflammation. The Minnesota Twins will be without veteran shortstop Carlos Correa, who landed on the injured list with an intercostal strain. Prospects are starting to get the call to the show as the Baltimore Orioles recently promoted MLB's No. 1 overall prospect, Jackson Holiday. Other top prospects, such as Washington Nationals outfielder James Wood, will have to wait patiently for the call to the big leagues. Wood continues to mash in Triple-A, slashing .415/.547/.707 over 11 games.

It's essential to stay on top of the player news as we guide you through the injuries, prospect call-ups, and closer role changes.
