Salute to those still in the fantasy football fight with Week 12 on the horizon. We've got plenty on our plate to pick apart from the week that was as we gear up for the playoff push! As always, let's start our routine strong by kicking things off with our fantasy football waiver wire pickups lightning round heading into Week 12 of the 2024 NFL season.
This column provides a rapid reaction to put fantasy-relevant players on the map for Week 12 after this past week's results and injuries to Darnell Mooney (hamstring), Alexander Mattison (ankle), Zamir White (quad), and Tyjae Spears (head). This column is published early every week and then updated daily. Each day will also yield more in-depth waiver wire analysis for all positions.
Waiver pickups are listed in priority order (in a vacuum, you must determine your needs and short-term vs. long-term window) and broken down by position. Players must be rostered in roughly less than 60% of Yahoo leagues and will range from shallow options in standard leagues to deep options in PPR formats, with options for longer stashes beyond byes and immediate assistance. ATTENTION: Week 12 has a brutal six-team bye: Bengals, Bills, Falcons, Jaguars, Jets, and Saints.
