BALLER MOVE: Stash in NL-Only Leagues
CALL-UP ETA: July
ANALYSIS: St. Louis Cardinals outfield prospect Victor Scott II made his major league debut earlier this season but was sent back down to Triple-A after playing in just 20 games. In that time frame, he posted a disappointing .085/.138/.136 line with two stolen bases.
Scott has not shown much improvement at Triple-A, with a poor .205/.287/.333 line and two home runs. However, he is known for having elite speed, and the 23-year-old has already swiped eight bags in just 23 games. Last season, he stole 94 bases in 132 games and posted an incredible .303/.369/.425 line across High-A and Double-A.
However, over his past eight games, Scott has begun to build some momentum at the plate with a .269/.406/.462 line with one home run, a 5:5 BB:K ratio, and two stolen bases. While this is not as dominant as his previous season’s slash line was, this is a big step in the right direction.
Victor Scott II struggled in his first taste of the Majors, but I'm still a believer that the bat will be good enough to allow him to be an impactful fantasy player thanks to his elite speed.
He's a decent buy low in dynasty leagues.#ForTheLouhttps://t.co/qeTBrAh89e

The number two prospect in the St. Louis system should be expected to return to the major leagues later this summer and is worth stashing in NL-only formats simply due to his elite speed alone. Once he is promoted, he will become a must-roster due to the elite stolen base output he could provide.
