ANALYSIS: In his third game since returning to the Rams' lineup, Van Jefferson finally broke the ice. Jefferson hauled in his first catch and recorded his first TD of 2022 in L.A.'s Week 10 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
Though his score came at the tail end of a game that was already out of hand, it should serve as a confidence booster for the receiver that's battled through and rehabbed from a major knee injury that required surgery back in August.
Jefferson has now been targeted eight times across the Rams' last two games. With fellow L.A. receiver Cooper Kupp injured in Week 10 and expected to miss multiple games, Jefferson could see an exponential increase in volume in the near term.
The numbers haven't exactly been impressive to this point, but Jefferson is an intriguing fantasy option thanks to Cooper Kupp's Week 10 injury. As he continues to work his way back into game condition and regain confidence, Jefferson warrants FLEX consideration in deeper fantasy leagues.
