Hey, RotoBallers, there have been a lot of challenges thrown our way during the 2023 fantasy football season, especially in leagues that allow you to start two quarterbacks. With all the injuries and quarterback changes, we are here to help guide you through it with our Week 11 fantasy football superflex rankings (2QB) for fantasy football. For those unfamiliar with superflex leagues, it's a format that allows you to start two quarterbacks but does not require you.
The bye weeks are back again, and we will have fewer options with the Patriots, Colts, Saints, and Falcons off this week. Justin Fields (thumb) and Matthew Stafford (thumb) return to action in Week 11, which should help fantasy managers who need help at the quarterback position. Below are critical superflex options such as Justin Fields, Matthew Stafford, Russell Wilson, Sam Howell, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Aidan O'Connell, Kenny Pickett, James Cook, Tony Pollard, Puka Nacua, Nico Collins, and Sam LaPorta rank.
Our fantasy football superflex rankings for Week 11 are put together by FSWA Hall Of Famer Scott Engel. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will also find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Week 11 Superflex Rankings Analysis
A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks for key options in Week 11, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether you should start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.
Russell Wilson, QB, Denver Broncos
Week 11 Superflex Rankings: 25
Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson has looked much better under head coach Sean Payton in his second year in Denver, completing 67.9% of his passes for 1,806 yards, 18 touchdowns, and only four interceptions for a league-best 6.9 touchdown percentage. The lack of turnovers has been the biggest difference, and he's also more mobile and in better shape physically. Wilson has at least one touchdown in all nine games and two or more TDs in six games.
However, he's failed to top 200 yards passing since Week 4 and will face off against a Vikings defense this week that is in the middle of the pack in terms of passing yards allowed per game and fantasy points allowed per game to opposing QBs. The Broncos are expected to continue leaning on their ground game as much as possible, making Wilson more of a QB2 in fantasy lineups this Sunday night in Denver.
Dorian Thompson-Robinson, QB, Cleveland Browns
Week 11 Superflex Rankings: 75
The Cleveland Browns are planning to start rookie quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson in Week 11 against the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. The Browns announced Wednesday morning that Deshaun Watson will have season-ending surgery for a fracture in his right shoulder. Thompson-Robinson may not make all of the starts under center for the Browns for the remainder of the year, but it appears he'll get the first crack at replacing Watson this weekend.
The 24-year-old's lone start this year came in the Week 4 loss to the Baltimore Ravens when he went 19-for-36 for 121 yards, no touchdowns, and three interceptions. He'll be a desperation low-end QB2 in superflex leagues this weekend in fantasy, while the Steelers' defense just became a lot more attractive. If Thompson-Robinson struggles mightily, the Browns could go back to P.J. Walker.
Sam Howell, QB, Washington Commanders
Week 11 Superflex Rankings: 18
Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell is currently the QB5 in fantasy in 2023 and is on pace to lead the position with 675 passing attempts. For 17 consecutive years, the leader in passing attempts in the NFL has finished as a QB1 in fantasy points on the year, including 11 finishes inside the top five.
The Commanders have the second-highest pass rate over expected, according to NextGen Stats, and they traded away their two best defensive players at the deadline at the end of October. Against a New York Giants defense that just nearly allowed 50 points to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10, Howell will once again be in the QB1 picture in Week 11.
James Cook, RB, Buffalo Bills
Week 11 Superflex Rankings: 89
The Buffalo Bills benched running back James Cook for about a quarter of play in last Monday night's loss to the Denver Broncos, but he still managed his most rushing yards (109) since Week 2. Even so, Cook's sit-down opened the door for coach's favorite Latavius Murray to emerge with a season-high 68 rush yards and a short touchdown on 11 touches.
With Leonard Fournette's call-up having not yet arrived in Week 11, Cook's two Week 10 fumbles (one lost) may have sealed the deal for an even backfield split in snaps going forward. The New York Jets are far more vulnerable on the ground than in the air, tied for the seventh-worst yards per carry allowed (4.3). The Bills also check in as touchdown favorites on Sunday. Betting on at-home RBs with favorable projected game scripts tends to be a wise proposition, so Cook at least belongs on the RB2/3 fringe for this arrangement.
Nico Collins, WR, Houston Texans
Week 11 Superflex Rankings: 47
Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins (calf) will play in Week 11 against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday after missing last week's win over the Cincinnati Bengals. In other receiver news for the Texans, Noah Brown (knee) will sit out this weekend, so Collins, rookie Tank Dell, and veteran Robert Woods (foot) should start in three-wide sets for the team.
The 24-year-old Collins scored his fourth touchdown of the year in Week 8 before suffering a calf injury that clearly wasn't too serious. He'll now be back in play as a high-end WR3 with upside in fantasy lineups with the way impressive rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud has been playing in a plus matchup against Arizona's secondary. UPDATE: Collins was officially removed from the final injury report.
