Wild Card Round Wide Receiver Outlooks for Fantasy Football
Ladd McConkey, Los Angeles Chargers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Ladd McConkey could have an even bigger role than usual in the first round of the playoffs against the Houston Texans. McConkey quickly became the focal point of the LA passing game and thrived there in his rookie season.
In the regular season finale, he took a backseat to Quentin Johnston (thigh/illness), but with Johnston questionable and Joshua Palmer (foot) ruled out, McConkey could end up being the only remotely reliable option for quarterback Justin Herbert to throw to. The rookie wide receiver is an unquestioned WR1 option in the Wild Card Round despite Johnston suiting up on Saturday.

A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles - Fantasy Football Outlook
According to the team, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) is off the injury report and does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's playoff game against the Green Bay Packers. The star wideout opened the week as a limited participant but was then downgraded to a non-participant on Thursday. However, the team noted that sitting him on Thursday was part of the plan. As expected, the wideout returned to full participation on Friday and does not carry an injury designation.
Brown was given the week off in Week 18 as the Eagles already locked up the No.2 seed. However, in his previous three games, Brown found the back of the end zone in each of them and averaged a strong 20.4 PPR points per game over this stretch. Fantasy managers should view Brown as a high-end WR1 this weekend in DFS formats, as he is Jalen Hurts' go-to option in the passing attack.
